Pine Hills Lightning Baseball Club Annual General Meeting - 7PM Friday 27th May. Downstairs Club Bunya.
All members are invited to attend the AGM. The club is in need of a Secretary for the coming season. If you are intending to continue your current role at the club, or are thinking about taking on a new role it would be useful to let the commitee know prior to the meeting so it runs as smoothly as possible. Please refer to the 2015 - 2016 Management Committee List for current Committee members.
Big shout out to Paul Hardie and BJ Ball Papers for covering the unexpected cost of a late season need for more game balls. In our last regular season weekend of games we had run out of balls and Paul through BJ Ball Papers offered to pay for this purchase. This is on top of BJ Balls on going sponsorship of Game balls. Thanks for helping out the club.

Congratulations to the Brisbane Metro U18 Team for their win over FNC in the Gold Medal game of the U18 State Titles on Sunday 27/09. Pine Hills juniors Mitchell Gyles, Nathan Toze, Mitchell Hughson, Nate Vankan, Jacob Nilsson, Tyler Sharman, Dylan Grant and Will Carseldine were part of the team that came away with the rain delayed 4-0 win after dropping only one game for the entire tournament. Well done boys..
We are hoping for a big supporter base this weekend as the Ipswich Musketeers have recruited a number of ex Bandits players, so we need to show up and be vocal to help our guys to get some comp points. The competition has shrunk to only 7 Major A clubs this season, as Wests & Narangba no longer qualified. The Major A game on Sunday will also be Live Streamed across the globe so wear your club shirts & caps. See you at the ball park
Good luck to Pine Hills Juniors competing in the U18 State Titles currently being held at Redland Rays Baseball Club. Details can be found here.. Belated congratulations to Pine Hills Juniors who competed in the U16 State Titles.
